A. The design of the circular column box:
The temperature parameter and the temperature control precision are very important in gas chromatography technique. The choice of temperature parameter and temperature control precision, especially the temperature control precision of chromatographic column (column box), the consistency of column box valid space temperature field and the repetition of temperature programming all can affect the sensitivity, the stability, the separation of chromatographic peak and the precision of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
The column boxes of gas chromatography all over the world are traditional and square and they restrict the elevation of the temperature control precision and the consistency of temperature field. Perfect column box should be circular and GC9900 gas chromatography adopts the shape. Although the processing is more difficult, it can completely eliminate the four dead angles of square column box, guarantee the absolute consistency of column box valid space temperature field and enhance the temperature control precision of column and the repetition of temperature programming consumedly. It is valid to enhance the precision of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
B. The design of chromatographic analysis unit modularization:
Many units and departments, such as the analysis testing center in college, production quality intendance testing center of the technical director bureau, hygiene epidemic prevention station, environment monitor station, physics and chemistry examination room of public security system, food agrochemical giblets testing, testing stations in all trades, analysis center, scientific research place of large-scale enterprise and so on, all hope that various samples can be analyzed in one bought gas chromatography. The outstanding innovation and the patent design of GC9900 gas chromatography is that the three hard cores have been made into chromatographic analysis unit module, which resolves the above-mentioned problems successfully. In practice, it will only spend less than an hour to replace the FID capillary column system with ECD one and adjust it to normal.
C. The whole machine design of unit combination:
There are five units in the GC9900 gas chromatography:
1. The column box heating unit with electrical fan and postern system.
2. Chromatography analysis unit with chromatographic column, detector and injector.
3. Temperature control unit.
4. Testing circuit unit.
5. Gas way control unit.
Because of the full consideration of ventilated and normal principle in unit designing and manufacturing, different units can be easily combined which can satisfy various analytical requests of different performance and function samples.
Thus, it is very convenient in producing and manufacturing, debugging and testing, maintenance, examine and repair, taking and conveyance. Also, it is convenient to agents and workers all over the world.
D. The high compositive circuit of microcomputer temperature control and the fast outspread structure design:
Similar to the column box heat unit, microcomputer temperature control is the basal unit in GC9900 gas chromatography. After completing the design of high compositive and credible microcomputer temperature control circuit, the fast outspread structure with the orbit and panel gemel has been skillfully designed at the same time. It will only spend a few seconds in opening it when checking and maintaining and it is convenient to check. The fifth generation design of high compositive and credible microcomputer temperature control circuit is in the course of continuous innovation and improvement whose reliability is rest assured for customers.
E. The design of examination circuit keystoke operation:
In traditional examination circuit, potentiometer is used to zero and wave band switch or the keyboard switch is used to come to gain and relax choice. These parts of an apparatus will damage or be bad in contact after a long period of usage and it will result in the instability of baseline and deviant work.
The bran-new keystoke operation is designed in examination circuit unit of GC9900 gas chromatography and the numerical manifestation of the signal is added in it. These make the panel is clear and beautiful, the operation is convenient and the instrument is credible.
