Eco-friendly rubber additives TMTD(TT)-80

offers rapid vulcanization in natural and synthetic rubbers. The products mainly apply for shoes, cable, industrial rubber parts, transparent or light colored goods.
TMTD(TT)-80 contains approximately 10% effective sulfur. It may therefore be used as a vulcanizing agent similar to sulfur donor alike.
TMTD(TT)-80 gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with increase in cure rate; shows good heat aging and compression set resistance when semi-EV or EV cure systems applied.
Zinc oxide and stearic acid is needed in reacting with TMTD(TT)-80 when it is acted as primary accelerator. It can be secondary accelerator for thiazole as well.
TMTD(TT)-80 combines together with other accelerators for continuous vulcanization system.
