  We have various styles of MDF and HDF Molded Door for your chioce, they are environmentally friendly without bad chemicals. More durable, resist warping, shrinking, cracking, fire resistant, high tempreture resistant, sound isolation

1) DOOR LEAF:
a. HDF or MDF molded panel door skins on face and back, + white prime coating
b. Inside: Fir wood or Finger joint solid wood (as stile and rail.)+Honeycomb paper
c. Finished: white primer coating or PU painting finish
d. Density & Moisture: depend on different environment.
2) FRAME:
Different material solid wood with MDF, wooden veneer faced
Dimension depends on the wall thickness.
3) ARCHITRAVE:
Solid wood or MDF, faced with wood veneer
4) Door accessory: frame + architrave + rubber seal + lock + handle + hinge
5) Standard dimension: 2000*800*40mm, Customized within the following dimention:
Height: 1,850 - 2,150mm
Width: 660 - 970mm
Thickness: 35 - 45mm
