DEAE Agarose Beads FF is a weak anion exchanger extensively used for preparative protein separations in both research and industrial applications. It is composed of crosslinked 6% agarose beads, with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups. DEAE agarose beads FF has high chemical stability, allowing well proven cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sanitization protocols.
