The steel mill liners have the following features:
1. Hardness: More than HRC50;
2. Impact Value: More than 50J;
3. Special heat-treatment process: Aiming at Cr-Mo alloy steel castings with higher hardness & higher impact value & even hardness distribution, we design a special quenching process, called Double-media quenching technique with water-based quenching liquid.
4. Internal Quality: We check the internal quality with UT test;
5. External Quality: We check the external quality with MT test & visual inspection;
6. Package: Packed by steel pallets.
