Product Detail

Ink Type: Dye sublimation Ink
Digitex(INKPRO) dye-sublimation ink offer vivid and amzing colors on polyester with its excellence of high precision DOT placement after sublimation process. Excellent color vibrancy, extended gamut and consistent color density with excellent wash and light fastness and dry and wet crock fastness against stringent ISO standards. Exceptional printing reliability with good performance, easy start up and minimal need for print head maintenance plus long shelf life.

Application Fields
For transfer or direct ink jet printing of polyester fabric, to manufacture sportswear, advertising materials, accessories, curtains, banners, flags, interior decoration etc.

DIRECT PRINT
Direct print onto synthetic fabrics, mainly Polyester, Acetate.

TRANSFER PRINT
Print on sublimation paper coated with a suitable varnish and , then the color heat transferred with calender or flat heat press at a temperature between 200-230 celsius.

Technical Specifications
INK JET PRINTING
See the instructions issued by the manufacturer of the ink jet printer. The optimal printing conditions are: 20-25celsius (68-77Fahrenheit) and relative humidity 30-60%.
*It's recommended to put the ink reach above conditions at least 24 hours priot to start printing and keep the condition controlled.

FIXATION
Direct printing on polyester Fixation with hot presses or calenders: 30s at 220-230celsius (428-446Fahrenheit) Transfer printing from paper to polyester -Transfer/fixation with hot presses or calenders: 30s at 200-210celsius (392-410Fahrenheit)

SHELF LIFE
12 months from date of manufacture when stored correctly

STORAGE
Store at a temperature lower than 25celsius. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat source. Do not beyond the temperature between 5celsius and 50celsius for long time.
