Product Detail

The superfine talc is the main raw material of the masterbatch. The talc is fully mixed with carrier resin and relevant modifying agent and pelleting is extruded by the high-performance twin-screw extruder; it has good dispersity in the matrix resin. Compared with the ordinary filling masterbatch, it has little effect on the resin transparency, uniform plasticizing and good processing characteristic. It mainly applies o PP, PE sheet and injection molding and PE transparent film blowing filling field.
Product features
1.Good compatibility with PE and PP matrix materials;
2.Good transparency. With the same additive proportion, its transparency is better than precipitated barium sulphate.
3.It has higher filling amount and 5-30% can be filled in HDPE.
Application method and process
The equipment and production process do not need to be replaced during the specific production process of the masterbatch. The traditional production process can meet the requirements of the production conditions of the masterbatch, that is: mix with the carrier resin with a certain proportion, mix it uniformly and then put the feed. Recommended additive proportion: 5%-25% (weight ratio). The specific additive amount can be adjusted according to the performance requirements of the final products.
