Norfloxacin 200 mg<br />
Description<br />
Norfloxacin is a fluorinated 4-quinolone antimicrobial agent which is bactericidal against most Gram-positive<br />
bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Mycoplasma.<br />
Indications<br />
Norfloxacin Oral Solution is indicated for prevention and treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD-complex),<br />
Colibacillosis, Fowl cholera, Staphylococcosus and Streptococcus infections in poultry.<br />
Contra-indications<br />
Do not administer to animals hypersensitive or resistant to quinolones.<br />
Side-effects<br />
Hypersensitivity reactions, gastrointestinal disturbances, excitation.<br />
Dosage and administration<br />
For oral administration via drinking water.<br />
Poultry : 25 ml per 100 litres of drinking water during for 3 - 5 days.<br />
If necessary, treatment can be repeated after 5 days.<br />
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.<br />
Withdrawal period<br />
Meat : 4 days<br />
Eggs : 4 days<br />
Storage<br />
Store in a dry, dark place between 15°C and 25°C.<br />
Store in closed packing.<br />
Keep medicine away from children.<br />
Packing<br />
1 litre PE-Pharma bottle (12 bottles per box).<br />
