Guangzhou Flyer Handbag Manufactory was founded in 2003, invested by H.K Taihua Holding Limted. It locates near Guangzhou International Airport with easy transportation and perfect supply chain for bag manufacturing.
We devote to design and manufacture all kinds of bags and purses, including lady bag, backpack, travelling bag & luggage, laptop bag, cosmetic bag, stationery bag, schoolbag, cooler bag, waist pack, purse, pet bag, MP3 & cell phone pouch, silver handbag, gift bag, briefcase, wallet, fashion bag, shopping bag and so on. In the meanwhile, we provide OEM and ODM services for you.
Our factory occupies more than 2000 square metres and we have more than 100 workers. We have integrated equipments, most of which were imported from Germany and Japan, such as 5 sets of computer sewing machine, 30 sets of high sewing machine, 82 sets of DY machine, 50 sets of standard sewing machine, 5 sets of double-needle sewing machine, 2 sets of gluewater machine, 1 piece of flaying machine, 5 sets of tacking machine, 2 sets of hydraulic punch machine, 2 cutting couch, and 1 set of high frequency machine. Thus we have 1 independent lab for samples, 3 lines of sewing work, 1 team of cutting and bundling, 2 grougs of gluewater line, 1 paint line, 1 hardware line and 1 computer sewing team.
We practise QC systems on the principle of “innovation, gradualness, persistence” and we were certified by the ISO9001: 2000 quality systems on Sep. 19, 2007 successfully. |
